Moods of water float with ease on ice, broken.
Let yours too.
Water is drawn to rocky shores near naked sand.
So am I.
What is Love that it should shine through the dark night of my soul?
What is darkness that it should reveal the Light of your love?
Through fogs of depression You came, rocking your slow steady rhythm until I stopped sailing my ship into the breakwater that was there to protect me not wreck me.

This is as deep as the sea, and twice as lovely.

What a beautiful description of the way God gently loves and encourages us as we journey through dark times or grief, Deb. In sharing your heart here, you have also put my experience into beautiful words. Thank you with all my heart! Love you! ❤
P.S. Your photography is amazing! So beautiful. ❤
